Digital Mockup & Quote
Our in-house design team creates a detailed digital mockup with your branding. You receive a quote alongside it. Unlimited revisions.

Week 1
Approve & Lock In
Once you approve the mockup, we lock the order and begin sourcing materials. 50% deposit required to start production.

Week 4–12
Production
Patchwork: roughly 4 weeks. Fully custom: 8–12 weeks. You’ll receive progress updates along the way.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom hat orders?

Our MOQ for patchwork orders is 25 units. This is the entry-level quantity to access our custom options and bulk pricing.

Full custom designs require a minimum of 150 units per style/size/color.

Can I order custom hats with no minimum?

For patchwork on our existing hat styles (Apex, Endurance, Drift, Nomad, Horizon), there is a 25 unit minimum. Full custom designs require a minimum of 150 units.

How much do custom hats cost?

Custom hat pricing discounts start at 25 units, with pricing varying based on quantity, customization level, and materials. Contact us for a detailed quote.

Can I request a unique color or pattern?

Absolutely! We can create custom colors or patterns. Please note that colors not in our current stock may incur additional costs due to our special imported fabric. Dyeing the fabric typically takes around 20 days.

What customization options are available?

We offer patchwork additions and, for larger orders (minimum 150 hats per style/size/color), you can customize every aspect, including linings, accessories, styles and side patches.

What's the lead time for custom orders?

Patchwork orders typically ship in roughly 4 weeks. Fully custom orders take 8–12 weeks depending on complexity and material sourcing.
